Francis Turbines

Francis HACKER turbines are suitable for projects with low water flowrate and high heads. HACKER's vast experience combined with cutting-edge technology are the key to supplying Francis turbines of exceptional quality with up to 94% efficiency.

Pelton Turbines

Pelton HACKER turbines are suitable for potentials with low water flowrate and very high heads, generally between 100 and 1200 meters. With high-performance hydraulic profiles perfectly executed by modern machining machines, HACKER is able to guarantee the precision and performance of rotors of this type.

Kaplan Turbines

Suitable for applications with low head and large water flowrate, Kaplan turbines manufactured by HACKER are extremely versatile and adaptable, offering high efficiency even outside the ideal operating range. HACKER is a pioneer and national leader in the manufacture of Kaplan S tubular turbines, supplied to hydroelectric plants in Brazil, Europe and Africa.

Bulb and Open-Pit Turbines

Developed as a derivative of the Kaplan turbines, the Bulb and Open-Pit turbines have a linear axial structure to take advantage of very low heads and large flows, resulting in a compact set with a generator incorporated into the turbine body. HACKER is a pioneer and national leader in the manufacture of Bulb and Open-Pit turbines, mastering all stages of design and manufacturing of this equipment.
